Nevill Manning

Mr. Manning has had an extensive and diverse litigation practice for over thirty years. He has represented clients in complex commercial litigation, domestic relations and divorce, banking and employment case.

Mr. Manning has a passion for trying and winning cases. He regularly represents clients throughout the state in high stakes cases and he is in demand for his expertise in cases involving characterization of property (inception of title, commingling, tracing), reimbursement, economic contribution, marital property agreements and common law marriage.
