S. Lynette Throneberry

Areas of Practice

Ms. Throneberry is licensed to practice in Texas and New Mexico and has experience in the areas of real estate contracts and title issues, business organizations, business acquisitions, general business transactions, commercial contracts and estate planning and probate administration. She works primarily in our Seminole office assisting clients in Texas and surrounding counties in New Mexico.

Ms. Throneberry’s business law practice includes mergers and acquisitions, buy-sell agreements, business sales and transitions, formation of business entities or other business ventures and commercial contracts. In addition, she advises owners in the transfer or sale of real property including mineral interests and conducts owner and heirship research for title curative aspects.
