Areas of Practice

Mr. Birkenfeld attended Texas A&M University where he obtained both his bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in accounting. From there, he graduated from Texas Tech School of Law with the highest honors.

His practice primarily consists of estate planning, probate and estate administration, tax planning, trust administration, business planning, and real estate.

Mr. Birkenfeld is a Panhandle native who was born and raised in Nazareth, Texas. He grew up working on his family’s feedlot and farm, and he still can be found there regularly.
