Mr. Frost maintains a diverse practice primarily consisting of business and commercial law, real estate law, and civil litigation.
His commercial practice focuses on representing clients in all business matters, including real estate & agriculture, contracts, banking, construction, landlord-tenant, employment, and creditor’s rights and bankruptcy.
His civil litigation practice focuses on commercial and business disputes, as well as insurance defense. He practices in state and federal courts, including bankruptcy courts, and his practice includes auto liability, construction defect, premise liability, product liability, environmental liability, and employer liability.
